I'm Sara Husk.

For most of my career I have worked in disruptive innovation, helping Fortune 500 teams reach breakthroughs they would not have reached on their own. I kept seeing the same thing: good strategy, capable people, real investment, and then somewhere between the intention and the execution, accountability for the outcome would slip away. The cost landed on real people: their jobs, their roles, their credibility.

When I started working with AI and watched its pilots fail, the failures were identical to the innovation-program failures I already knew. AI did not create this problem. It made it impossible to ignore.

Earlier transformations moved slowly enough that informal accountability eventually caught up. Autonomous AI removed that cover. Commitments now form in milliseconds, and the gap that was always there became impossible to miss. So I named it, gave it precise language, wrote the standard, and built the architecture that enforces it.

Two parts of my background led me here. The first is the innovation craft: I design and facilitate the sessions that surface what a group cannot see on its own, for Fortune 500 teams across pharma, healthcare, manufacturing, insurance, and energy, and I know the enterprise innovation software those programs run on from the inside. The second is a standards-and-process discipline: Six Sigma, and a seat on the US Technical Advisory Group that helps write the ISO innovation-management standards. Building Judgement Architecture as a standard, the form enterprises, auditors, and regulators already know how to adopt, is native to me.

The work is published and tested. The Judgement Architecture Standard and Canonical Glossary are on SSRN. The research behind Responsibility Erosion and Judgement Decay is under peer review. I ran a 70-day pre-registered field experiment that put the architecture under live conditions, and I hold a provisional patent on the system.
